forward to building on the momentum from 2019. Opening Night will feature light
desserts, and is open to all (general public) starting at 6:00pm. We will also feature
FoodTrucks, a curated Wesleyan Student Market, the Artist's Hospitality Suite (breakfast,
lunch and snacks provided free of charge), and so much more.

We have a loading dock area, carts and an elevator (if needed) plus volunteers available for both load-in and departure, free of charge. We pride ourselves is our customer service with our artist community each year.
Artist Booth Information/What to Bring- Booths for each artist consist of three 4w x 4w x 4w (x 8h) pegged panels, set up in a U shape or a 6' table. The bracing across the front of each booth will provide an easy way for each artist to add additional lighting. Artists are responsible for bringing their own lighting(if you so choose) and we provide seating for you. The Artist Market provides artists with hooks for pegboards, booth signs, name tags, and sales tags.
Artist Meals and Snacks - We provide an Artist Hospitality Suite and provide breakfast and lunch and snacks throughout the day on Friday and Saturday of the market. Opening night, Thursday, we will have snacks and desserts for our artists. All Hospitality Suite offerings are free of charge for our artists.
Artist Participation - We do require that you be present the entire run of the show. Our artists are what make our show special--we need you there! Connections many of our artists make with our patrons exceed well beyond the duration of the event. Friday is our longest day (hours) at the Market. Many of our artists bring a guest to assist at their booth on Friday and/or Saturday.
Spreading the word - For the 2020 Market, our comprehensive marketing program includes: Advertisements via social media, direct mail through the Wesleyan Magazine (circ. 6,000), radio, digital billboard(s), signage, banners, posters, and flyers. We have also partnered with Imagine Advertising & Publishing, Inc. for professional services and promotion. We are also very excited to share that Peachtree Corners Life will be our Presenting Media Group Sponsor for the 2020 Market. With great appreciation, we are also thrilled to announce that
Atlanta Home & Lifestyle Magazine will also be joining us a 2020 Media Sponsor and Opening Night Sponsor!

"This is one of the best shows in Atlanta. The marketing is second to none. The parents and community support the show. It is also a fun experience! Everyone is so nice! The food is amazing and the school performances throughout the show are just terrific!"

Long Time WAM Artist, including 2019
"As a full time artist who is also a mother and gallery owner, I have to be careful about selecting shows. Being away from my family and business is hard, but I had heard what a wonderful community and school Wesleyan was, so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised by the amazing quality of art available and the dedication of the volunteers to the show...If asked back, I will do it again"
- Liz Lane

The high energy, creativity, and professionalism of everyone involved is like none other!! Without a doubt, this wonderful community of volunteers displays such a servant heart as they strive to put on a top notch show every year."

Being away from my family and business is hard, but I had heard what a wonderful community and school Wesleyan was, so I decided to give it a try. I was surprised by the amazing quality of art available and the
